I know bandzoogle has been mentioned at meeetings as a great, cheap place for making webpages but I just wanted to let everyone know about http://www.karmasites.com/home/
so far as I can tell it does what bandzoogle does and more for less money. unlike bandzoogle you can edit the stock photos that come in the pre made templates, including everything behind the text because its made using CSS. The user interface is a bit confusing at first because there is so much you can do with it but once you find your way around it goes pretty quick.
Its also will let you try it for 30 days and after that its 9.95 a month instead of $15
