Hello people coming from our monthly newsletter and elsewhere,
The Portland Music Foundation is looking for input on where we should most be directing our efforts in 2008/2009. What do you most want for the $20 you would pay for a yearly PMF membership? Please use the above poll or a post to tell us what you think.
I believe the Foundation is doing an excellent job so far. More educational seminars would be great, even if it were just small sign up groups would be great. I would love to catch up with Jim about mixing techniques and the tricks of home recording. Also, the talk of watching a band through the recording and mastering process at an actual studio would be phenomenal. If there is any way to set that up, that would be great too. I have more ideas that I will continually post on this forum, to keep myself going back to it often. Thanks for everything!
